Please see details regarding my speaking ministry in the flyer posted below. I am pleased and honored to serve your group as a speaker on the following topics:

  • Survivors of sexual trauma and abuse
  • Postpartum depression and postpartum mood disorders
  • Brokenness and Christianity

I am an official member of the RAINN Speaker’s Bureau. My experience includes individually tailored talks for :

  • Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) groups
  • various church groups (including teens, men and women)
  • large professional health care groups
  • survivor speaker panels

I am humbled and thrilled to be able to hopefully reach even more who need to hear my story of hope and freedom.

  • I’m so thankful you found me via Twitter so I could discover your blog. We have much in common. And God is good. Blessings on your life and writing!

  • Oh, then we should both thank your twitter friend Tricia Goyer! :) She recommended you as “someone to follow on twitter” and when I saw you were a nurse (like me, too!!!), of course I just had to take her up on it! God is so good . . . even the way He uses technology to weave His church together. Blessings, Vicki!

  • Hi Amy!
My name is Chelsea Bowers and I am the Development Director at RAINN. I know that you are a member of our Speakers Bureau and also that you are a prolific blogger, and I wanted to bring your attention to an approaching opportunity to help more victims.
On July 25th, the National 2009 Blogathon will be held. Participants agree to blog for up to 24 hours and to raise awareness and funds for RAINN. If you are interested, please visit http://www.blogathon.org/ or email me at chelseab@rainn.org.
Thank you so much for your consistent support of RAINN, Amy. We are so grateful to have you as part of our team.
    Best,
    Chelsea
    Thank you so
