New column: Harvesting a super bowl of hope

The big game’s over.

The Giants won.

Most of the stars have gone home.

Soon the Super Bowl Village and giant roman numerals will be skeletons of the noise and joy that swirled and flowed around them last week. And we’ll forget what the $3.5 million in Super Bowl ads were about.

Nothing lasts forever, after all.

Or does it?

  1. Dust to dust, ashes to ashes, nothing lasts forever unless our HOPE is built on Nothing Less than Jesus Christ and His righteousness. Excellent story and analogy here.!!

  2. Hey nice column in your paper :) – Hope is the beginning of faith. When we can give others hope, it helps their faith grow in so many ways. Thanks for this post.
